I was born in Chatham and now live in Rochester, Kent, England.

Educated to Masters level, I love reading and writing stories. My favourites are those adventures you just can't put down!

Some favourite authors include: H. Rider Haggard, Jules Verne, H. G. Wells, Charles Dickens, C. S. Lewis, F Scott Fitzgerald, Michael Morpurgo, Philip Reeve, Philip Pullman, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, E. B. White, Hergé, William Golding and Jacob Bronowski.

I write magazine features and presently write a regular column for a journal with 36,000 readers.

In my spare time I enjoy hiking, movies and cars (especially Austin 7s and Audi TTs).
